Start Up Assist Request

This service is limited to first time installation of Infinity/Evolution customers only! ——- Please read before completing this startup assistance request form.

Please understand that time is critical. When we arrive power must have been applied to the outdoor unit for a minimum of 24 hours. The system must be in a vacuum and with a micron gauge attached showing less then 500 microns. All ductwork must be completed and drain lines connected. This is not a partial startup.

Technician Required!

It is required that a qualified technician must be present with all tools necessary to perform a proper startup. We do not carry tools and we do not perform the work. Our purpose is to provide guidance and advice only.

IMPORTANT! A technician with all necessary tools and proper technical expertise must also be present as we provide diagnostic assistance ONLY!

A qualified technician must be present with all tools necessary to perform a proper startup.

Failure of the Technician to appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the complimentary startup assistance and a fee of $300.00 will be charged to reschedule.

Rescheduling for a future time or date without a minimum of 24 hours notice or any of the startup criteria not being met at the time of arrival will result in a fee of $300.00 to reschedule.
