IMPORTANT: CE South Central will provide a programmed Main Base Board for select ComfortLink equipment and ship the controller overnight to our licensed customers that have accounts in good standing with us . CE South Central is offering this service as a convenience for our customers and end-users to help expedite shipment of programmed board and to keep equipment downtime to a minimum. There will be a premium added to the cost of this board and its availability may be limited.

CE Mid-Atlantic will not be responsible for any misdiagnosis of original board. Although available troubleshooting for these boards is limited, contractor must be confident in their board failure diagnosis. If there are questions about board diagnosis, contractor is directed to call:

◦ CE Mid-Atlantic Technical Support for airside equipment up to and including 30 Tons. 866-902-4822 opt 3

◦ Carrier ROLES for all waterside equipment and any equipment above 30 Tons. 877-963-1995

IMPORTANT This program only applies to main base boards for those units that use the HK50AA052 board. For a list of these units, click HERE. All other boards should be ordered from the factory preprogrammed.
